Have you ever eaten at a California Pizza Kitchen (CPK) restaurant? Pizza is one of their specialties and they have an number of exotic varieties, like BBQ chicken. The Margherita Pizza, though, is a staple, and the frozen version is just as delicious. The crust came out crispy but not super thin, and with good flavor. The sauce was generous but not overwhelming and the cheese turned out gooey and bubbly. It is a simple pizza with delicious taste, good structure and lots of potential for adding toppings. It is supposed to cook at 400 degrees for 17-18 minutes but we only needed 13 at that temperature. Would recommend a bit lower temperature for the full 18 minutes. As always, cooking times depend on your oven.
